It's unnerving to move ahead when you're unsure what you'll encounter when you get there. Switching to CIMA means an entirely new platform that's largely unknown. That's a big risk to take with the future of your school. 

 

Mainstream education…

Since it’s built on a broad-based platform designed for mainstream education, CIMA may be less suitable for beauty school instructors and students with different learning styles. 

 

And while the platform is new, the chapter-driven lesson design follows the traditional read-watch-do teaching model. This limits your flexibility to develop personalized learning paths that can best support your instructors, engage your students, or meet your evolving curriculum needs.

Are we really connecting?

Just like starting any new system, launching CIMA takes a lot of handholding and support.  As employees of a large corporation that is only marginally focused on beauty, the CIMA staff likely won’t have hands-on beauty school experience —making it difficult for them to anticipate, fully understand or fulfill your unique onboarding and future support needs.
